I had a leak under my sink and Eric was one time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it with no issues. Eric is extremely friendly, great communication and efficient. Would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. - 1/5 — Anonymous I have used them for approx 10 years first time was to fix my boiler. Guys came out very knowledgeable and got it fixed in a timely manner and also made the unit more efficient. The second time I used them was a sewage backup, they ended up replacing all the 4"main to prop line, last day the were there 4 hours tried to charge me for 8. Had boiler maintenance done throughout the years. Never ever gives me time on when they are coming. They just call day before and say we have time tomorrow. Fast forward this year call for boiler maitenance in Sept they tell me can't do until weather gets colder and will let me know when, call in Oct same excuse, call in Nov same excuse,it's now Jan and still nothing, they tell me that maintenance can't be done till it's cold. Which is B.S. I have been present when boilers have had maintenance done in Sept. I am an electrician by trade.
