Patiently and with interest, she listened as I described my situation before going to a gathering of her fellow electricians who were gathered in the parking lot. One of the electricians came over to me to ascertain additional details about my situation, then invited me inside the office to meet the Supervisor. The Supervisor was courteous, friendly and very much in control of operations. I provided my contact information and a map for directions to my home. In less than an hour later, two electricians - Chris and Max - were at my front door. They diagnosed the cause of the power loss (bad breaker in the outside breaker box) and repaired/replaced the faulty breaker in less time than it took to type this review.
