The team was incredibly professional, always attentive to every detail, and made the entire process seamless. They took the time to understand our vision for our home and brought it to life with incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The Gifford Team was not only skilled but also exceptionally sweet and personable, always available to answer questions or provide helpful advice along the way.   We finished our house with Gifford Homes not too long ago, and I can honestly say it was a good experience from start to finish. Rich is very hands-on and easy to talk to. If I had a question, he answered it. If something needed attention, it got handled. The quality of the build speaks for itself. Solid work and no drama. I’d build with them again.

  I cannot say enough good things about working with Gifford Homes ! Three years ago I relocated to Jacksonville, from the Northshore of Boston, and was fortunate enough to connect with Richard and his family. I have been a finish carpenter for over 35 years and have worked with many top quality builders in that time. Being someone who provides only the best craftsmanship on every project I work on, it was great to find a fantastic group of people who want the same on every one of their builds! Also, just like myself, they are personable and enjoy meeting and working with every new client that comes their way. I really don't think I could have found a better fit for me than the family at Gifford Homes ! I look forward to many more projects with them as well as meeting and working with all the wonderful clients/families that choose Richard and his team to help build the dream home they are looking for!

  Building a custom home can be nerve-wracking, but Gifford Homes made it way easier than I expected. They kept us in the loop and were straight with us the whole time. No runaround. No guessing. The house turned out beautiful, and you can tell they care about the details. We’re really happy with how everything came together.

  While I have never personally had the opportunity to have a fabulous custom home built by this company, I have followed them on social media and truly appreciate their workmanship.  Matters not if you are looking for a remodel, or a new construction, this is the right choice for  your family.  They have a foundation of quality, integrity based work ethic, and you would certainly be making the right choice to let them make your dreams come true.
