  I arrived at my parents Delaware vacation home. Recently. I was staying over on business and when I arrived I discovered water in the laundry room. I also heard water running under the house. I checked the crawl space and in fact two pipes had burst. Sherman sent Jonathan Turner out the same day and he was absolutely amazing. He traced the source of the leak right away found. Additionally, that our water line to our fridge also had busted. He replaced it with braided hose which is much more durable than the PEX tubing that was there before. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan Turner as I know he was slammed because of how many water issues were happening in the area after a big winter storm. Even knowing how busy Sherman and Jonathan were, they made us feel like a priority and God is taking care of the same day. They also got the HVAC people out there the same week and he noticed that the particle board underneath the house looked water damaged as well and gave us a recommendation for a Restoration company who was out there the following Monday. We did suffer some damage but Jonathan and the folks at Sherman made us feel like a priority and got us taken care of right away. Five stars cannot recommend this company enough.

  This was second round of repairs resulting from frozen water main.  Jonathan Turner was great to work with for both repairs.  Provided what was needed and didn't try to upsell additional work.  Ryan White also assisted with this latest fix.  Would request either of them in the future.

  Jonathan was awesome! Explained everything to us in detail and everyone in the entire company we spoke to has been great through this ordeal. They’re coming out to do more work this week while my son is in town for business and I so appreciate you able to accommodate us! We will definitely renew our maintenance agreement.😁😁

  Marcos was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed every step of the way and explained what he was doing. I especially appreciated that he suggested replacing a part before it failed and caused a bigger issue. Excellent service!

  I called Sherman for a plumbing issue based on the recommendation of a friend.  The technician, Jonathan Turner, arrived on time and did a great job.  He was very knowledgeable and polite, and was able to take care of the issue quickly.  I would definitely use Sherman again, and hope that they send Jonathan, if we do.
