They explained every product option, cost, optional features, every step of the process, and the time to install. All was delivered, and connected with maximum competence with no surprise costs. They anticipated every question and concern and responded with great detail (and patience)! All this they did for thousands less than my other estimate! I found Generator Pro from a friend who suggested I call them. This after I had spoken to two companies and spent substantial time with the other companies. I found Generator Pro amazing. And with a different, more effective strategy to tie into my house. I went with them. From start to finish, to a person, every one was on point, highly competent, timely, and clear.
