Communication to set up the appointment was excellent and I appreciate the reminder the day before. The team (Matt, Chris, and Adrian) showed up on time at around 8am and worked all the way until 5pm or so. I do not think they took a break longer than a few minutes there and there... They worked efficiently and kept their working space clean and organized throughout the day. They were kind to my children who were very intrigued, and their presence was the least intrusive it could have been. I was very impressed by the attention to details, their ability to work as a team, and the level of skills and expertise displayed. I am not an electrician, of course, but these guys knew their stuff and I could tell that much. They were precise and the work performed exceeded my expectations in the end.
