In addition he did research and ensured we had the proper power venting for the new system. Everyone on the phone and in person was professional and pleasant to speak with. We first engaged them in a panic when morning of a grad party we were hosting the powder room sink stopped working. They came out right away and as they pulled up I realized the water line just had a kink in it and there was no emergency after all. Their guys were great and we all laughed it off. We kept their cars handy and so last week when the water heater decided to die during the post-snowstorm travel ban we decided to call them instead of taking our chances with the slightly cheaper big box store option. They were awesome - again came out right away, were efficient, clear, and polite, laid out our options for us and once we chose our option completed the job promptly and professionally.
