From day one of inquiring about their service and pricing, Tony was responding immediately answering all of my questions. I immediately booked an appointment for which Tony confirmed. When I reached out for additional questions, he was quick to respond. On appointment day, the installers showed up right on time and could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. They immediately got to work and assembled everything in perfect working order. We even had a very heavy downpour of rain while they were working and that did not stop them from completing the outside storage shed. Awesome work and professionalism. I couldn't find a good assembler on Yelp but Googled IKEA furniture assembly and this company popped up. I suppose on Yelp advertisers are burying this hidden Gem. I was going to assemble the furniture myself to save money but I realize during these trying times people are probably looking for work and this helps them out. Plus the Price was the most reasonable of all! For instance if you used Task Rabbit which is outsourced by IKEA directly it was quoted as a 6 hr job at a much higher cost. But Worx was able to assemble 4 Alex Drawers in around one hour and also install a stability leg and wire management system in another 30 minutes. They were very kind and even pointed out imperfections of the material as I worked and suggested calling IKEA to get replacements if I desire if it starts to wear out in the 365 warranty. They also informed me I bought too much because I bought two IKEA stability legs just in case and that was amazing for their foresight. In total the job for 4 Alex Drawers, Installing a cable management tray, installing a stability leg, and placing the furniture in the orientation I want cost only 150 USD and I offered a 50 dollar tip. It was almost 1/3 more for that from other furniture assemblers and IKEA's task rabbit itself.
