Ivan was our technician and he is the main reason for this great review. He was simply amazing on how he fixed the previously installed lines to make it very professional and clean. I would give 20 stars if that was an option. In addition to the water heater installation, Ivan also did an excellent job relocating two garden hose bibs. This involved cutting the ceiling in some areas of my finished basement but it was done cleanly. He also made sure to place plastic covers and “walls” to reduce the amount of dust.
