  Freeman Concrete Construction LLC was hired by our City (Olathe) for street/curb repair in our neighborhood. In the process, they "repaired" our private driveway, with no notice/explanation. It led to serious damage.

City: Freeman is liable. Freeman: "there was existing damage. Maybe we did it as a favor." There was some minor existing damage. However, it's plausible that Freeman caused damage while working; attempted to correct it, rather than it being simply a matter of uninvited altruism. They deny responsibility for the results.

In any event, it's private property. Freeman had no right to enter/alter it. There are other online complaints re: Freeman damaging private property while doing commercial work; refusing accountability.

The City has agreed to reconsider hiring Freeman. I respectfully suggest homeowners monitor them carefully, if they're working on/near your property.

  Great mud, even better dudes. Devon Freeman and Nick Thomas poured a slab for me and it turned out great. They came out on a Saturday to finish it up and they did it with a smile. Very quick, very responsive when communicating with them. I definitely recommend Freeman LLC for all concrete and construction needs!
