Then, after our new tile floor was installed, Seth came back to install a new toilet , sink and faucet. Again, Liz called to let me know Seth was on his way and provided an estimated time of arrival. Seth arrived on time with a smile and Santa cap on (it is Christmas Eve day after all) and did a beautiful job putting everything back together.
