Girl was sarcastic, kept giving excuses and did not care to accommodate a company that has been hiring them for years. Called them to check on an A/C unit, technician shows up and says he cant do it alone, needs another guy, will "come back tomorrow". Next day they don't come back, we have to call them 3 times and they give us excuses and lies. Girl said 20 mins, its more than 2 hours and no one comes. Technician apparently showed up, didn't "find parking" and left. Unprofessional, liars and irresponsible.
