My heat went out for several days causing all my pipes to freeze. He showed up on time (always called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way), was professional and courteous, and expertly tracked down and repaired more than 20 burst pipes. He also replaced a cracked toilet and fixed several faucets. I really appreciated the attention to detail. He wore booties inside the house and laid down protective cloths to keep the floors and carpets clean. After each day, he made sure to clean up all work areas with a vacuum. Also hauled away any trash like the burst portions of pipes, cut out drywall sections, etc. In terms of pricing, Flow Star was very upfront by telling me their hourly rate. At the end of each day, Cantrell provided me an invoice with the hours worked, parts used, and a summary of the work that was performed. He truly went the extra mile. Recently one of their great servicing reps, Tino, responded to a boiler issue I was having. I called and was told that Steve would return my call momentarily. It was literally momentarily. I received a call from Steve. He said that he would fit me in to the schedule.. which I was very grateful for; considering we just got from vacation and discovered that we had no hot water. And it would stay on ranging anywhere from 35 seconds - 2-3 minutes … long story short it stayed on a couple of hours then cut back out..Cantrell … man I hope I spelled his name correctly. My apologies if I didn’t. came to my home is top notch. Very professional, very courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable in his craft. This man left my home garage area clean as he found it, after the installation of the hot water heater. Steve sent me a quote to have the work done and it was reasonable. They got me in and taken care of the same day, I called with no appointment. We have our new hot water tank installed, have hot water, thanks to Flow Star.
