First week with our lovely new tenants, and low & behold, the old furnace decided to kick the bucket - during a cold spell and on the day before Thanksgiving no less - not a great look at all. I'm very grateful to the Flow Masters team for getting out to the home right away, diagnosing the issues, and most of all - then putting in the new furnace on Thanksgiving day. While I feel guilty making the two gentlemen work on a family day, I'm incredibly grateful for their hard work, dedication, and excellent job getting the unit installed. Scheduling a repair was a little lengthy because they first had to send out a person to assess the situation and then I had schedule a separate appointment to execute the repair. But, they (Alberto) were very knowledgeable about my heating system, even making me aware that the company that made the product is no longer in business and that there were some safety concerns about the particular unit that I have. The repair was executed by a team including Roberto who were very thorough and did an excellent job of verifying the system after the repair (they didn’t rush out the door.) and cleaning up once they were done. First Sebastian came out and assessed and diagnosed several issues, explaining each in detail and offering a range of solutions at a range of costs. Soon after, Kevin arrived to make repairs and install a fixture and fittings. Both gentlemen were professional and handled service with friendliness, knowledge, respect for my home. Midway through the work, another issue was discovered, Sebastian explained it, demonstrated the problem, and stayed late to repair it. Their website was clearly advertised as a service that could handle almost anything and since I had no idea what was wrong, I thought they'd be the people to call. Their customer service was super fast and were very accessible. I like their text notifications when their tech was on the way that included a photo of the who was going to show up at my door. They were able to provide estimates of the work that needed to be done within minutes of them leaving the site and were very price transparent. The fix itself was done well and I appreciated their ability to answer questions on what was going on. I forgot to ask a question to the technician about water damage and when I called back to see if they could remember, the person on the phone said the lead technician or themself would call me back with an answer.
