Lol), and breezed through the repair in about a half hour!! The previous plumber said there’d need to be a building water shutdown, which is an extra headache as a renter in a condo community. These guys did it by just turning off the water servicing my unit. They were both really pleasant. Also I realized after they left that they went above and beyond and even tightened my toilet seat, which has been loose for months, but I couldn’t fix it on my own because of dexterity issues. The work is being done now so it remains to see if it's been done properly or not however I want to.comment on the plumber. Then proceeded to mansplain to me that the maintenance man didnt know what he was talking about and tried to tell me it was something different, without doing anything but turning on the tap.
