Our entire system was backed up. They were busy but made time to come out quickly to pump our septic tank. The technician went above and beyond as our tank was completely full of heavy solid waste due to never being pumped over 48 YEARS! They could have easily charged extra but didn't. I'm having them back to add a riser and cleanout to our system.

My wife noticed our high tank alarm on a Friday afternoon. I called Fisk and spoke with Michelle, who asked Wes to swing by and check it out. We tested the pump and it had failed after 15 years. He removed the pump assembly, returned to his shop to build a new pump assembly, and installed the new pump that same afternoon. By 4.30 pm the alarm had cleared and the liquid was pumping to the finger system. They did this for us knowing I would be out of town and didn’t want to leave my family in a tough situation. Very pleased with the customer service and quick response. Five stars for Fisk Excavating.

  What a pleasant surprise.

We are fairly new to the area and completed a build with a new septic system last year. This system has an alarm on it and it began to go off intermittently and then it would just stay on. We unplugged the alarm, watched a bunch of YouTubes and checked everything we could but we decided to call someone who actually knows what they're doing..

We called a company close by and they said they would come out. We even set a date and time but they were a no-show. We read the reviews for Fisk and saw they were a family business with years of experience so we called and they told us they would work us in.

Today we got a call that someone could come take a look. In just a couple of minutes he determined that the alarm was wired incorrectly in the tank. He did a quick rewire and everything worked. Then the pleasant surprise...there was no charge!

Being on a fixed income we are always aware how expensive unexpected repairs can be. Thanks Fisk. You got a customer for life.

I was familiar with Fisk Excavating from a client that used them to handle an unknown buried tank on a construction project a two years back.

We have a rental property with a septic tank and our new tenant advised the toilets were gurgling. I called Fisk and left a message, along with three other companies that service (air quotes implied) septic systems. Michelle called back within 15 minutes, as an aside two never returned my call and another called back but long after Michelle had me on the schedule. Michelle offered to try and have someone out late that day but our schedule would not work to meet them. After discussing a medical procedure I would be having the following morning Michelle offered to set Nick's schedule so he could take care of our service after my medical appointment.

At noon the next day, when I arrived, Nick had already located and dug up the lid and was laying the lines out from the tank truck. This young man explained to me how he was able to identify the area to located the lid, and I cant do his process of elimination justice. It is (he makes) a reverse engineering masterpiece of the process.

Nick was done 45 minutes later and was rolled up ready to head to his next rescue. This is a small family owned operation and Nick has learned his craft working shoulder to shoulder with Jim, the owner of Fisk Excavating.

Michelle, Jim's wife, prides herself on personally answering the phone for people needing service and returns messages like customer service is a priority. Call Fisk first and your problems are solved!

Thank you Michelle, Jim and Nick ........
James
