We had a different fence company who was highly reviewed in Denver come out to our property on 5 acre property in Parker for roughly 1,000 ft. of fencing. Halfway through the job I could tell they didn't know what they were doing and called them on it and they walked off the job. I found Logan and his company online. He came out to do a walk through of the property and explained how he would do the fence and why the first company was doing it incorrectly. They exceeded all expectations and completed the project in a timely fashion. We trusted them so much we had them do our automated Gate for our entrance. He recommended great products and helped walk us through their use and functions. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected. We also had a delivery driver hit our keypad and First Rate came out to repair it. Me and my wife are both business owners and know the importance of reviews. I also know there are a lot of companies out there with a lot of good reviews who are NOT GOOD! This company is not one of them. Save yourself the pain and hassle that I went through trying to find a fencing company. This is a company you can trust who are professionals in their craft. You will not be disappointed. I contacted first rate fence about this, and was told that "it's not atypical to see some natural imperfections since wood can be unpredictable." They offered to fix the gates with an unproven solution at a cost of $300. They also installed steel posts for us. The caps they used for the steel posts do not fit well. They also didn't cut the top off of one of our posts.
