I needed my gate lifted and the boards replaced, so I called Michael and sent pictures of my situation to him. Within minutes he provided several quotes with our options, all which were reasonably priced compared to my expectations of the work involved to do it right. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome what little effort from my end. The job took about 4 hours, he raised my gate, patched the old holes on the wall, cut and welded a new piece of metal that was rusted out, refinished the metal, replaced the wood and old screws with bolts. I would definitely recommend his services as was reliable, detail oriented and affordable. Pictures attached show before and after, the darker wood is pictures of before and lighter wood after completion.

Mike did two concrete column blocks and restored my backyard 20 year old gate.
His crew did it in a timely manner, everyone was respectful and communicated in detail on what would be done and any recommendations. Also had a minor issue that Mike was understanding about as well.

Great customer service and work! Called Michael and he came out the next day to fix our broken gate latch. They replaced all parts and even added an additional piece to the bottom of our gate to help with the slamming. Looks great and will recommend to everyone.

I had been looking for a welder to weld the bracket back onto my fence and to adjust it. First iron repair, Michael got back with me within a half an hour of my first phone call and he was at my house working on the project one hour later, I cannot say enough good about his service and how quickly he worked, and how he cleaned his area and left it better than it was before! He is very affordable, and I highly recommend him!
