We had a big festival downtown and I needed our fire extinguisher mounted and yearly test and they made it happen in a short period of time. Mandy came out and mounted our fire extinguisher and was so quick and professional (was in and out in minutes and was respectful of our customers shopping.) I can't express how professional and helpful they were when I was stressing out. In a time where customer service is mediocre their whole staff is always amazing. JASEK quoted $10 upon arrival i was educated on the life and maintenance that it requires. It sounded as if it's something that is normal. I accepted $58.00 total good for 5 years until the next full service until then $10 dollars next 4/5 years. I had All American last year everything went fine I had a great experience except this year, something fishy about what and how it was offered i called fire marshal for advise and told to shop around.
