They couldn't help immediately, wanting to schedule an appointment for a later date, and that wasn't going to work. So I remembered Ferrari Plumbing, which I passed many times going to work, and I called them. They were literally here in ten minutes, and within two hours, I had a brand new water heater installed. Brand new valves were installed—the same high-end water heater that I had before, the same brand, at least. Wes and his assistant, Josh, were just absolutely fantastic, and they put up with my grumpy attitude to boot. I can't say enough about them. The work they did was fantastic, and needless to say, I'm appreciative of their spur-of-the-moment service. I would highly recommend them to anybody. - 5/5 — Anonymous Wes and Josh were great. We asked our regular plumber to estimate how much it would cost to fix it and they estimated up to $1,500 because of the pedestal sink and replacing the specialty faucet. I thought that was a ridiculous price to fix the faucet so I asked my very knowledgeable friend to look at it. He suggested buying the valve to fit the handle and ask Ferrari Plumbing to fix it. So I bought the valve for $14 and Ferrari Plumbing came in and fixed it for $375. Wes and Josh were very professional. They were well dressed, articulate and respectful of our home and our time. They had some difficulty getting the old, rusted valve out but they worked together and got the job done. Setting up this appointment was also a very good experience. They came when they said they were going to come and I even got a text 15 minutes before they arrived. We’re so happy they were able to save our existing faucet and fix it like new. As an added bonus, we had a minor issue with the toilet and Wes fixed that for free.
