The final fence turned out even better than I expected. They were incredibly patient throughout the process, giving me the time I needed to decide on the design and layout I wanted. They visited the site multiple times to make sure every detail was right and that I was completely happy with the plan. When there was a small issue with the gates, they didn’t hesitate. They sent a crew out right away and resolved it quickly. There weren’t many problems at all, but when something did come up, they were responsive and took care of it without any hassle. Every time I reached out, I could get a hold of someone and get a clear answer. Was selling our home that had a fence done by the fence company and discovered that during escrow the fence latch and hinges had experienced some damage after expressing how important it was for it to be fixed The fence company was responded quickly and fixed what needed to be fixed in one day. Kolbin is an exceptional salesperson who kept checking in on me as the project nears its scheduled installation date. Overall, things went well except for a small glitch where the fence type was ordered incorrectly. But fortunately, the correct type was able to be ordered expeditiously before I had to leave out of town. Colby and the other tech did a great job with most of the install and Tyler came on a Saturday to complete the job and installed the lock. I’m overall satisfied with the Fence Company and will recommend it to anyone for their fence/gate project. - 5/5 — Anonymous We had The Fence Co install vinyl privacy fencing for two sides and the front of our property. We liked their modern 'no dig' method of setting the posts. Eliminates the need for digging deep holes and using concrete to set posts. Seems every bit as sturdy as the traditional method. Plus will make any future repairs much easier. The sides were challenging because they had to 'step' the final two sections up & over a rock retaining wall. They sent out Frank and his crew to tackle this project. He and his guys were amazing! Frank was very attentive to detail and made sure to check on our satisfaction every step of the way. He had to take a few tries at getting the rock wall sections to look right. But he listened to our concerns and made it look perfect in the end. They also installed gates that work great for our needs. I can't compliment Frank and his guys enough. They were hard workers and did an excellent job. The Fence Co had a simple straight-forward quoting method, and seemed to be reasonably priced.
