Younger than I was expecting, but very professional and kind. Got my dishwasher installed in less than an hour. Cleaned up afterwards too. Works great, looks good, they even gave me a warranty if I run into issues from the install.

Thanks guys, good work!

Doug and Scott at Faucetman were phenomenal! They were polite, and kind. Doug was actually on his knees cleaning my floor because some residue from the toilet had dropped. I had three toilets and a faucet installed. I would recommend these guys to my family and friends anytime! They were great!!!

Bad experience. Installed dishwasher while hauling away old one pulled out reverse osmosis output tubing connected to the kitchen sink drain. They deny any liability on there part as per them it is a wear and tear.

They came at 8 pm at night to install my tankless water heater and because it was so dark they installed it lobsided and broke open my wall more then necessary. I texted n asked them to come back and never got a response and the final blow was when I installed it the gas company had a double rebate but you had to submit it within 2 weeks . I never received anything from the gas company so I called to ask about it 3 weeks later and they claimed I never sent pics which I did ! I could hear them talking to each other and making up excuses ! So since they did not submit my rebate in time I missed out !!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They truely only care about getting the money and nothing else !!! I will make sure to share this with friends too

## FAQ
**Q: What service areas does Faucetman Plumbing cover in Southern California?**
A: Faucetman Plumbing proudly serves Lancaster, Palmdale, Santa Clarita Valley, Simi Valley, and the San Fernando Valley, including Glendale and Burbank. Our team provides full-service plumbing, slab leak detection, and sewer video inspections throughout these areas for residential, commercial, industrial, restaurant, and mobile home properties. With plumbers in your local area, we ensure fast response times to address your plumbing needs efficiently.

**Q: How long has Faucetman Plumbing been providing plumbing services?**
A: Faucetman Plumbing has been solving plumbing problems since 1981, bringing over 30 years of experience to every job. Our certified plumbers handle everything from drain cleaning and maintenance to complex repairs in Southern California. This extensive industry tenure ensures reliable, low-cost solutions for small or large projects.

**Q: What types of plumbing services does Faucetman Plumbing specialize in?**
A: Faucetman Plumbing offers full-service plumbing, including drain cleaning, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, industrial, restaurant, and mobile home clients. We specialize in electronic slab leak detection with pipe tracing and sewer video camera line inspections to pinpoint issues without unnecessary damage. Our experienced team uses top-of-the-line tools to address all plumbing and drain problems efficiently.

**Q: How does Faucetman Plumbing perform leak detection without damaging my property?**
A: Faucetman Plumbing uses advanced electronic leak detection methods to locate hidden water leaks underground, beneath foundations, or within walls without breaking through your property. We identify signs like mildew under carpets, running water sounds, or hot spots on floors and pinpoint the exact source quickly to prevent high water bills. Our certified plumbers ensure minimal disruption while keeping your home intact during the process.

**Q: What is a sewer video camera line inspection from Faucetman Plumbing?**
A: A sewer video camera line inspection by Faucetman Plumbing involves inserting a flexible fiber optic camera with a high-resolution color video head into your underground sewer lines to visually assess pipe conditions for defects or obstructions. The camera's radio transmitter records depth and location from the surface, allowing cost-effective corrections, and we provide a personalized YouTube link with the footage for your review. This non-invasive tool helps diagnose issues accurately without high-pressure sales or obligations for further services.

**Q: Why does Faucetman Plumbing recommend PEX tubing for plumbing systems?**
A: Faucetman Plumbing prefers PEX tubing over copper because it offers less risk of leaks, higher PSI ratings, and greater resistance to freeze-breakage, making it ideal for most plumbing applications. PEX is cheaper and easier to install with fewer fittings needed, allowing 90-degree turns without elbows and eliminating soldering hazards associated with copper. As the industry standard, PEX reduces water hammer noise, lowers shipping costs due to its flexibility, and has a lifespan over 50 years for plumbing purposes.

**Q: Is Faucetman Plumbing licensed for plumbing work in California?**
A: Yes, Faucetman Plumbing holds California State Contractors License No. 443585, ensuring all our plumbers are certified and qualified for residential, commercial, and industrial jobs. We maintain high standards of fast, friendly, and courteous service across Southern California. Our licensing allows us to handle everything from routine maintenance to specialized leak detections and sewer inspections safely and professionally.
