  Great experience. The front office was very accommodating to schedule around my difficult availability. Jaret arrived right on time and came fulling prepared to fix our dryer. He was quick and thorough, but more importantly, he was very kind and generous with his time. I can't recommend Fast Eddy enough. Ask for Jaret, you won't regret it.

  I have a only good things to say about the Fast Eddie Appliance service representatives and associates. They were professional personable and friendly and just making the appointment gave me a narrow availability window and Jared, who was my technician, came punctually. He was really helpful, explained all the issues to me, showed me online what the problem was and what I should do next…which unfortunately, meant having to replace my 6 yr old ! machine! He knowledgeably explained where best to buy the new machine the reasons for buying it at that location and when I did and needed to have all the connections disconnected by the company bringing the new machine which was required by them for liability, Jared came to my rescue and didn’t charge me a cent. The ladies in the office who manage the phones book the appointments relay appointments etc. were wonderful especially Jen who was really accommodating, kind & personable.
Huge brownie points go to this business and I highly recommend them for any appliances that need repairs or assistance.

  My dad and I have been loyal to them for nearly 40 years. They've helped us get decades of additional life out of appliances.  Knowledgable receptionist, patient techs willing to educate. All around high quality humans. Most recently helped me with a pump inlet valve. Save yourself headaches and let them handle it.

  The customer service representative answering the phone was so kind and attentive. In today’s world it’s a rare find. I was so grateful for the efficient service. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My stove was fixed in minutes. He was able to locate the problem immediately.  I would recommend this company.

I'm extremely happy with your resolution.

I had the exact same issue just recently.  The technician came as my oven in my 4 year old Frigidare gas stove did not fire, he replaced the Igniter for $500 .
A few weeks later the ove stopped workinvg we called Fast Eddy back and was told that we needed a new mother board for another $500 and to buy a new stove.
Ridiculous answer . Totally unsatisfied with the service and ignorance. According to other posted reviews the owner has posted that they Don't Work on Gas Appliances but yet they replaced my Igniter on my gas stove the first time.
If they are not Qualified for the Job they shouldn't touch.
