Locations customer service was great. Estimates are priced to beat competitors. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only. - 5/5 — Anonymous We had our old and outdated whole house fan die on us and desperate to not be without it we called Fanman. Tom (owner) came out and provided a great and reasonable estimate and a week later we had a new, updated, and quieter whole house fan installed! The Whole install to clean up was done within two hours. Our new fan works better than our old fan ever did, not to mention that the switch is able to be controlled remotely via app now. Our fan install also came with a light and fire alarm in the attic. Not only do we have a more efficient fan but we also have peace of mind. We are so extremely happy with our purchase and overall experience. Highly recommend Fanman, not only for the great customer experience (everyone whom we dealt with from his wife over the phone to his brother were awesome) but also for the value and quality of their product. 10/10! - 5/5 — Anonymous Rhe Fan Man is the best. We use our fan nightly year round. In the summer all night long. It helps cool the house so daytime air conditioning is used less. The fan is so quite, I can't even hear it running. The owners are very competent and get the installation done right. The fan is a workhorse! - 5/5 — Anonymous We got the whole house fan installed almost six years ago. At that time I was told that there is a 10 year warranty. Usually I take such promises with a healthy dose of scepticism. However, when the belt on the fan broke a few days ago, it was the time to test the promise. When I called the staff was very helpful. They did not ask me for the proof of my purchase, they already had my purchase recorded in their computer. No question was asked, and I was told that someone will be there next day. Jeff came to fix it as promised. He was stuck in the traffic so he called to let me know that he will be few minutes late. He came in got in the attic on a very hot days (attic temperature can be 130 degrees during hot summer days ) and replaced the belt and tightened the pulley. Also on his way out he noticed that the remote controls for the fan were not working properly , he also replaced them at no cost. All throughout his visit he was helpful, cheerful in spite of the extreme heat and also was careful about not soiling the walk in closet's contents where the attic access is located. He used a blanket to cover the contents so the falling insulation .and dirt from the attic will not come down. Overall, Fanman delivered on its promise of ten years warranty and did the repairs promptly, cheerfully and carefully at no cost to me. I rarely write reviews, but I thought I would be remiss if I do not write this one. - 2/5 — Anonymous Unfortunately I can't recommend the Fan Man. Nice small business, local guy, love the idea. The fan was well installed, burly, and process was quick, but we are having issues with air leakage from the attic in the summer. Hot air coming into the house through the giant whole in our ceiling! There are other fan designs that apparently deal with this issue better, but there is really no great way to seal or insulate the fan mans fan better. Fan man doesn't offer a solution. I can't imagine this is up to code because our house is now far less insulated. Super disappointing because we got a house fan to improve our homes efficiency.
