And I’m confident that my furnace will perform well in the upcoming winter season. Christopher, the plumber was also very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. And he also provided excellent practical recommendations that I will have done. Once again, I’m confident with the service provided by Falcon. I’ve used other HVAC firms and Plumbers in the DMV and either questioned the quality and thoroughness of work performed (for example an HVAC maintenance inspection completed in less than 10 minutes) or consistently selling me a product or service. We were have trouble with heating the house. Our home could only heat up to 63 degrees. We reached out to 3 different companies and Falcon had the by far the best estimate. We met with them on Wednesday and the new system was installed on Friday. The Falcon team including Alex who prepared the estimate and service team Tey and Charlie who’s work was excellent.
