Ellen even helped register my new system with the manufacturer so I’d be covered under warranty if anything happens in the next ten years. This was an urgent/emergency need as it happened just before a subfreezing cold spell was going to hit. I contacted Fairfield County Heating & Cooling (Mike Carafotes, owner) and they were able to get a technician to look at the unit that same day. The unit was beyond effective repair, so I had to replace it, and needed it done as soon as possible. Mike had a technician come in to do the removal of old / installation of new unit the very next day. The entire team I interacted with, from Mike the owner to Ellen the office administrator, to his technicians who came out to the house, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, etc., were all friendly, courteous, professional, very helpful with any questions we had - in short, they were great.
