I had a major clog in my mainline, called a plumber from Taskrabbit, he came out and made the problem worse! Called E Z Flow the next day and James/ AJ were at my house at 11am sharp. James came in, assessed the situation and told me exactly what the issue was, remedies to fix it and the overall cost with no fluff. Jame and AJ got right to work and were very professional and kept me abreast of their progress. James is a straight shooter (which I like), and has a great personality to boot. AJ worked diligently and I could tell he knew what he was doing by his confidence. By 12:30pm the issue was resolved and James and AJ drove away like hero Cowboys at the end of a Western. The price for the job was VERY reasonable and didn’t make me sweat. PLEASE use E Z Flow Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
