  Today Don Wynn and his team did a great job re roofing our house. They got done earlier than expected and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Don even put a new roof on my Little Free Library! I definitely recommend The Exteriors Company.

  Bob and his teammate did excellent work replacing two of our windows! They were professional and tidy, and Bob was very warm and took the time to explain how our new windows worked. He had us look at everything together to make sure we were happy with the job. Jeremy was very prompt and professional in getting us our estimates and communicating about billing. This is the second project we have hired The Exteriors Project for (the first was a new roof) and we plan to work with them again on future projects.

  Great experience with The Exterior Company! From Sales, to interactions with the Field Manager(Bob), to installation everyone was great to work with and communicative. Pricing was spot on and beat competitors with a better install timeline.

  I'll start by saying in the end the project turned out great, team working on the house was great, and the project manager Taylor really made the experience pleasant. Our house feels like a new place after replacing our old nasty wood siding.
That being said the beginning of the process was rough. It seems we were given promises and information we shouldn't have been given. Whether that was lack of knowledge or just sales tactic. We had a timeline in mind that was expressed to the sales personnel and where given complete faith that that would be met, it wasn't. We were also told we wouldn't have to start paying on the loan until two months after the project was finished, that also wasn't true. There also seemed to be a lack of communication on the sale persons part to his own company in regards to our request and the work to be done.
Regardless, Taylor made our experience prime. He answered any questions we had, always took my phone calls, called me if there was a concern with the project, and correct any accidents during the project without hassle. Whatever theyre paying him, isn't enough.
In the end I would work with The Exterior Company again, as long as it was Taylor I was working with.

  Jeremy Arrington, Branch Manager, came to my house, evaluated my needs and arranged for everything to be done. Several windows didn't have a drip cap, the exterior trim boards needed to be painted, re-nailed and caulked. The stucco had several holes in it and the subcontractor Cristian repaired those, even patiently waiting for over a week for the baby birds to leave the nest which was in one of the holes. I had problems with rain overflowing the gutters and draining behind them. Flashing installed flashing to direct the rain into the gutter. I also opted to install a RainDrop Pro Gutter Guard. Although combined all of this work was costly I felt like Jeremy had my best interest in mind when recommending each aspect. The painting subcontractor, Badger's Painting Service LLC, did a very thorough job. I also requested that he do some other work in the garage and the interior of the house as well as repainting the mailbox post all of which was done in a professional manner. It is difficult to assess the effectiveness of the drip cap and gutter work but I feel confident that because Jeremy understood my situation that these two jobs will more than likely prevent problems from arising down the road.
