Every phase of the project was clearly explained upfront, and everything was executed exactly as promised. There were no surprises, no confusion, and no corners cut. This was a true whole-home renovation. Everything was removed and rebuilt brand new. The project included new countertops, new flooring, new cabinetry and hardware, new door hardware, upgraded LG appliances, new sinks and bathroom countertops, and new lighting throughout the entire house. A wall in the garage was removed to create a brand-new laundry room and pantry, which completely transformed the functionality of the home. In addition, ADA-approved safety features were thoughtfully added throughout the home to accommodate someone who needs a bit more assistance. This included properly installed shower grab bars and other safety upgrades designed to improve accessibility and ease of use, without sacrificing the overall design or aesthetics of the space. The design and paint selections were done to my exact specifications. Sherwin-Williams Duration Interior in Marshmallow and Pure White was used throughout, with four accent walls added by choice in the laundry room, living room, guest bathroom, and primary bathroom. The result genuinely feels like a model home. The décor, finishes, and overall craftsmanship are beautiful and extremely well done. The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected going in. Each time a deposit was made, the work associated with that phase was completed as promised. I truly feel like I received a luxury renovation at a fair price.
