Mike, the sales manager at Engineered Heating and Air, was terrific. He was able to beat a competitor quote by over $1500 to do a full replacement of our gas furnace. Because of our emergency circumstances in extremely cold weather he somehow got our installation scheduled for the very next day. Our lead installer (Cody) was very polite and professional. The noise was minimal and they left the area as clean as they found it. I got an easy to use wifi thermostat that's allowed me to adjust the temperature of my home from virtually anywhere in the world using the First Alert app. Our air conditioner is probably on it's last leg and we will definitely use Engineered for that project when the time comes.
