Best Plumbing Company in Ohio! Thank you for assisting my tenants when they had no hot water. Great communication from the office and technician. Got a new hot water heater installed same day for a very fair price in a world where everything is so expensive. Will refer Emergency to all my friends and family and will only use them for my rentals!

10pm at night, we discovered our main sewer line had clogged and started backing up into our basement. Thankfully, we caught it immediately and limited it to only a small puddle. I Googled for an emergency plumber and to be honest... Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air was not at the top of the list, therefore not my first choice. However, they were the first to answer the phone for being a 24/7 service. Seth had appeared at our door within an hour of speaking to someone and was very quick to diagnose and quote a cost. Within another hour, the clog had been cleared and everything was back to normal. Seth was very professional in explaining everything as he was working, and given the late hour, his efforts were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air as a first choice for any emergency needs. I know who I will NOT be calling next time as the first 24/7 service didn't return my call until 8am the following morning. Thank you! and thank you Seth!!

I had had multiple jobs that needed done 5 days after closing on my home and a dishwasher problem from a Home Depot dishwasher “installation” gone wrong. One call did it all! I called and was able to schedule an appointment next day. Rob and Corey came out. They were on time, wore shoe covers, were uniformed, polite, professional, personable and got 4 sinks, 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 dishwasher all fixed in one day. THEY WERE GREAT!! Will recommend their service to anyone needing fast fixes done by friendly faces!! Thanks so much for such a great experience!!!

Apex Pros (the pros that blows) came out to "clear my sewer line." They failed miserably. I suspect they didn't try. The technician "couldn't get the auger into the pipe." They were pushing a huge repair project saying the pipe could be collapsed. I told them I would like a second opinion and all of a sudden the technician was able to get enough augering done to let water flow. APEX quit at that point and left without saying a word. Despite their ineptitude I was forced to pay an outrageous fee for their failure.
Fortunately I called Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air for a second opinion. I informed them of the situation and they went about their work. Jimmy Davis and Kobe Gurley were outstanding. They immediately found the partial blockage APEX left intact. The cleared it with their auger out to 56 feet without any problems that couldn't be fixed with elbow grease and professionalism. They fixed the problem and recommended a further course of action which would be accomplished the very next day weather-permitting.
On their second visit, Cory Wilson and, again, Coby Gurley, came out in freezing temps and jetted the whole line out to the sewer tap.
Outstanding job.
On both days, the Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air crews were professional, personable, informative and let me know each step along the way what was going on. If there was a need to change pricing for extra service, I was told upfront and not pressured into making a decision.
I know this is a long review, but these guys did a great job!!!!!
If you need sewer line work, don't call Apex -- the Pros that Blows.
Call EMERGENCY PLUMBING HEATING & AIR first.

Family friend referred me when my heat was broken and my pipes were frozen. Brody, the plumbing expert, reassured me that my pex pipes wouldn’t burst and that it would be safe to wait for Tim, the HVAC expert, to come from another job. He saved me the trouble of opening the walls to find the frozen pipe. Tim was able to get the furnace running better than when it went out, which quickly unfroze the pipes. All around excellent professional service and thank you to Doug and Owie for getting everything scheduled so quick. I will definitely be using these guys again.
