Asking a simple questions When calls are made we shouldn’t be threatened with service fees and “whatever” type of attitude when we are paying customers in need of a service. Simply put your tone and your attitude surely doesn’t match your companies values. - 1/5 — Anonymous Had a bad experience they didn’t fix the issue with my ac furnace it took 2 month in half they kept trying to fix it and waiting on parts when parts got here they didn’t replace them they kept insisting to replace my whole unit . They were very rude and disrespectful also the young guy is not licensed at all . I had to hire a different company and they came out and fix it instantly .
