I’m a fairly new homeowner and had never had to deal with major renovation before and was very nervous! I needed a total kitchen remodel, flooring replaced, an exterior door upgrade, outlets installed, electrical box upgraded, and a very large wall sanded and skimmed. I meet with several companies to compare and Elite sent Amber. She listened to all the things I wanted (and importantly didn’t want!) her design hit the nail on the head exactly, what I really appreciate was if she made a suggestion and I turned it down she didn’t push. We all know what it’s like to deal with pushy sales people and she absolutely was not that. Another thing she did so well was manage my anxiety around the project. I recall emailing her once be a I was worried the space for the dishwasher wasn’t big enough on the design. She added just a bit of space to make me feel better (and for the record, the original space was absolutely enough, I was just having anxiety over it). Ryan was the one to come and actually do the reno. He was amazing! Professional, on time every day and like Amber, gracious and kind what I would question something.
