Alex did a great job in explaining the diagnostic that he did on the first appt. He is very polite, respectful and very patience in answering questions, I didn’t feel like I am being rushed. As soon as the parts are available Alex came and replaced the parts that needed to be changed. Did a great job and even went above beyond what is expected. Very accommodating and very honest and professional. The owner Jason stayed in communication, great follow-up and prompt in making the appointment. They also were careful about keeping things nice and put covers on the floors, wore booties inside and cleaned up after they finished. Now it was time to get system maintenance so it doesn’t break on me. Kevin came, he checked out the outdoor unit washed it, checked some numbers, I have no idea what they mean, but he said they are working fine. Then cleaned the inside unit also checked the numbers again they are foreign to me, but he said I have nothing to worry about, the system is working fine and that I have nothing to worry about.
