The guy was great but told me to call back on Monday for that kind of call. So I did and explained what was going on and was told someone would be out and to send some pictures so they could get an idea of what I was talking about, I did. Guy came out we talked about the job for about 20, 30 min maybe. All this seemed great. I got a couple of estimates in an email and it was out of my price range. So I had to decline both of them. Almost immediately got a call from reception, and she just wanted to verify I said yeah I'm going to get a couple of more estimates and she said ok and that was it. Then I got a bill for a service call.... the problem was this was a surprise because up until now I thought the estimate was free and was not told of any charges. So I called to clear it up what I thought was a mistake. But I was met with rudeness, and disrespect the person lost their temper said I was calling her a liar when I honestly don't remember being told of the fee then she hung up the phone on me. She said she didn't have anymore time to talk to me and had to get back to work... Other then that I think these guys are great, the person originally on the phone the tech that came out to do the estimate was really great too. And the owner seems really nice from what I read. They are always a delight to work with; from the receptionist to the electrician they are friendly, knowledgable and professional. They are also competitively priced. Within an hour of calling Nantte at Elite, I had a complete and very detailed estimate that was well below what I feared it might cost to replace and it beat the other two places I called. Communication between Nanette and I was constant and very professional. I always knew what and when. On the day of installation, Jon (the electrician) showed up right on time. He was friendly and went right to work with a professionalism that is rare these days. He finished under time and now my insurance company is happy. That was the issue I called Elite for. NOW, most important, my electricity is on and working!!!! The two men from Elite, Josh and Jon, were very nice. Jon got my wonky breaker to work until a new one can be here. It's an old type not readily available. Jon tested all circuits over and over until it finally worked, and then he checked again. They ordered the new one, and PGE will have to shut power off before the new main breaker can be installed.
