His attention to detail is impeccable. I feel very comfortable using him as my contractor. He definitely goes above and beyond. He explains things that are going on and lets you know what might happen ie worst case scenario/best case scenario. He’s incredibly attentive to the work being done and is always present when you need him. I felt bad one night when I called him for a broken sewer pipe. It was the end of a work day unfortunately but he showed up and he and his partner worked until late to clean up the mess. He’s always up front and I feel he has my best interest at heart. I NEVER do reviews but really had to for this particular job because I am all about promoting local business when it is warranted. Mr. Enrique is very professional, detailed oriented in both keeping his customers updated throughout as well as the actual work he and his crew does. My apartments look amazing!! The estimate he gave me, he kept true to his word and anything additional that was expected or unexpected he kept me updated about and helped me find a reasonable and affordable solution for. I did not have to micromanage the work whatsoever which was a life saver for me as I am a full time working mother with little time as it is. He was courteous with his the timing and commitment with his other ongoing projects, despite his tight schedule he came on time that we agreed to and explained everything they were doing while clearing my drain line to put a flange for toilet seat. More importantly, he provided an outstanding service at a reasonable costs, cleaning up well afterwards and also showing me areas needing potential replacement to avoid future leakage. I would definitely recommend him, already considering him for additional home projects and referring to close friends looking for contractors for home improvement projects. - 5/5 — Anonymous I reached out to Elite Service Contractors after noticing persistent water staining on the kitchen ceiling and in a few other areas on the inside. I wanted company that had experience with water damage and mold to do the job. Henrique arrived on time, was very professional, polite and wore shoe covers inside the house! This is something I have rarely seen before and since. His prices were fair and appropriate to the situation. He even went up on the roof when he was there on that first day to assess the situation. That in of itself was impressive. He quickly found a potential leak and put a temporary patch on it, which is also great a sign of a quality business and person. After the first day of demo it became clear that there was mold and lots of it. Additionally, 2 different kinds of toxic mold were found and confirmed through testing. That would explain my recent respiratory difficulties. We ended up needing to move out of our home so that a more thorough demo investigation could be done. Henrique was amazing throughout. He made sure to explain and sometimes over explain every step and the potential implications of each decision throughout the process. He took great care to make sure that there was quality containment in place to ensure that our stuff that was still in the house was not contaminated. He also patiently answered all my questions, to help me understand the purpose of and need for each of the steps in the mold remediation process. Once the demolition was completed mold was found throughout, and it confirmed the initial leak he had found on that first day. There were also several other issues found that, over time, also resulted in additional water damage and mold (in addition to that first leak). It quickly became clear that Henrique was very knowledgeable and experienced. Henrique has more experience, professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, than would be expected in such a young and handsome man. He really did an impressive job. Around 6 months after the mold remediation had been completed, Henrique, agreed to work with me to rebuild my house. It was a long and expensive process, with many twists, turns, and surprises. For the size and complexity of the job, Henrique's prices were more than fair. It was a huge advantage having Henrique, someone with water damage and mold experience present, during the building process. Whenever water damage related damage surprises were found he was able to treat it and take care of it was small or assess, advise, and quote the cost of the fix if it was a more complex issue. Henrique's communication throughout was great. He consistently kept me in the loop. He made sure that I was aware of the progress and any issues that had come up along the way. He also patiently explained the options available and potential outcomes of each option, so that I could make informed decisions. In the end, we were able to work together to get my family and I moved back into our house. I couldn't have done it without Henrique and Elite Service Contractors. TLDR: Extensive water damage and mold found and remediation done. House demoed to the studs and the basement slab was later demoed and replaced as well. Given some time, Henrique agreed to rebuild the house. We finally moved back in a few weeks ago.
