Kathy was so personable and efficient on the phone and got me on the schedule super fast. Jimmy is clearly a jovial, knowledgeable guy and fixed up our issues in no time at all. They came to fix our meter box when a huge tree landed in our yard and knocked out power lines down! We told them evergy was coming back in the evening and wouldn’t restore our power unless the meter was fixed. They heard that we asked for urgency and they quickly and efficiently made it happen. I would recommend them 10/10. Super friendly, professional, and kind. They did everything necessary to help us ensure our power would be back on- including calling evergy to make sure that replacing the meter box was all Evergy needed to replace the power lines.
