He walked me through potential issues that were causing the problem then gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted and approved for on the spot completion. Evan was done in just over an hour and so far it looks like the issues are fully resolved, but if they aren't and the breaker is still tripped, I was told that the future work would be for the estimate minus today's labor cost.
