Amanda, who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, was incredibly friendly—such a refreshing change from the typical “Plumber. What do you want?” New York style response. She provided excellent follow-up and managed to schedule me in under an hour for same-day service. Carlos and Justin, the plumbers, were equally impressive. They were both professional and friendly, quickly resolving the clog in my bathroom sink. They took great care with the surrounding cabinetry and left the area spotless when the job was done. The price was very reasonable for New York City, on top of an already excellent experience. Efficient, professional, courteous, and fairly priced. And I am grateful for the fact that water flowed normally again ] For a while. I live in an old building and am guessing that there are leaks and drainage problems that emanate from elsewhere. This has certainly been evident in my 20 years of living here. There have been numerous instances when the previous plumber, John, has shut the water off for the entire building and found the exact locations of the leaks and structural issues. You could talk to him and knock pipes. Thank you so much for addressing the leaks in the building now that you are the official plumbers, newly assigned to it. I feel so much safer. Mold completely breaks down the body, my doctors tell me. It was very difficult to do anything about it during the pandemic. I would have had to pay so much for a plumber to pull my place apart but he did not give up on me and worked and worked. Despite the fact that the clog didn't seem penetrable, he did not give up and eventually got the sink to drain. It is one week later and things are still running smoothly.
