  I work with a lot of HVAC companies as a Realtor. What I like about Efficient: 1) An actual employee in the front office answers the phone, schedules, and is generally knowledgeable; 2) Service can be scheduled relatively quickly (no two-week waits for a broken-down AC), and most importantly; 3) Great work at a fair price, never trying to sell you something you don't need. Also, we have a geothermal unit and it's hard to find techs who not only service these units, but are particularly knowledgeable.

  Christmas Eve plumbing problems! Quickly and efficiently resolved by Raul. He arrived even though it was midnight on the holiday and we were so grateful for his professional service. Issue with the main sewer line obstruction was fixed and the household could have a Merry Christmas!

  Damien and Andre's crews did a fantastic job installing my two new systems all in one day, very Efficient, hence the name. James, Penny and Bob, the support team also did a fantastic job, they were easy to reach, followed up and provided prompt reply's to all my questions and requests. 100% satisfied!   Mario saved the day! My AC went out and Efficient was able to get here promptly the next morning. Mario was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and then come back the next day with the part to fix. I'm really grateful for their speedy response, and that everything is working again!
