Ramon was out within a couple of days and quickly spotted the likely problem... some second floor flashing that had lifted away from the roofline. He also identified potential issues, with a crack on the roof ridge, tape coming off some pipe jacks, and loose counter-flashing around the chimney. Some of these I would never have found myself due to them being virtually inaccessible to an amateur. The work was scheduled for up to a few weeks in the future due to the busy winter season, but they were out within a week or so. The repair folks sent photos of all work as soon as it was completed, and Ramon was very responsive with some follow up work to install some maintenance grates to prevent gutter back up.
