This was a partial rewire (about 2/3s of the house) but while they were doing that i also had them hookup a electric water heater, adding a outside outlet and installation of 2 fans. To do all of this work it took two full days and costed about 11k but cheaper and significantly faster than some of the other quotes i got. Subsequently, he (and Blake from the Eastland team) swapped out all of the old outlets and light switches throughout the home and found more of the same issues as what brought them out to my home in the first place! They explained everything perfectly and priced everything extremely fairly even before performing the work. Not only that, they were able to do it all on the same day as the initial appointment.
