The response from East Coast Mechanical was nothing short of amazing. A sales rep, Dave Crispino, arrived the very next morning and treated us like family, explaining everything from equipment and financing options to maintenance and warranty information. Two days later we had a new furnace installed by lunchtime! The guys did an outstanding job and, other than having a brand-new furnace, you'd never know they had been there. The work area was spotless when they left. They were friendly, highly professional, and treated our home as if it were their own. They came out and determined everything is ok. We replaced the old ones a month ago. The new one went off almost a week ago. CO on all three floors. There was a deteriorated seal and a leaking heat exchanger because of an incorrectly installed seal. We have had no heat or hot water during this cold snap, and they are still waiting on the part. Very unhappy with this whole situation. I’d like an explanation as to why this was not found in August and fixed.
