My family and I had an amazing experience using Dave Benjamin! My mother recently bought a house and well showering. The water was being backed up and pouring out of the pipes in the basement. She called Dave and told him what was happening and he immediately came out On his day off to pump the septic system. He was very knowledgeable on the issues that we were having with our system and he gave us great advice on how to maintain and keep a healthy septic tank. He truly has a passion for what he does and cares deeply for his customers my family and I will continue to use Earthworm water-sewer-drainage, and will recommend him to everyone else we know in need.

Absolutely love Dave and am so thankful for his quick and prompt service as we were super stressed about plumbing and septic concerns. Dave offered to give us assistance and guidance with our plumbing and was able to take great care of our septic. He is extremely nice, considerate, and super helpful. He goes above and beyond expectations. Will be going with this company for now on!

Such a great experience right from the initial phone call to express my concerns about our septic, to speaking with David in person at my home as he came out to visually inspect my septic system. David took the time to educate me on how septic systems work. By the time he left, I was reassured that my septic is functioning properly as well as steps to take in the future when it does come time to pumping it out or making repairs. I would definitely highly recommend Earthworm.

Honestly baffled by the number of positive reviews for this company. Dave replaced our septic system when we bought our new house and he was by far the most difficult person to work with of all the contractors we had over. He was condescending and did a poor job on the replacement. He did not cover our system with more than a few mm of dirt let alone the minimum standard of 4”. The first time we mowed the grass it uncovered different spots of the system that had very minimal dirt on top. Through the process he would frequently say he would come out to the house and then not show up and not call or text. I called him twice in the period of 2 months with some simple questions I had about the process, my mother in law called twice because he didn’t show up when he said he would. Because of these 4 calls, he called our realtor and said he was dropping the job because he was being harassed. He called my mother in law yelling profanities at her over the phone. He also left broken pieces of PVC all over our property. Overall, we had a pretty poor experience with getting our septic replaced because of the unprofessionalism and poor workmanship of this company.

Called Dave's number this week at about 7pm randomly from a google search of the area because I had a disgusting back-up in my downstairs shower. I suspected (hoped) a clogged main sewer pipe but since I have a cesspool and never maintained it that well and this has happened before I also had a bad feeling my cesspool was failing and was staring down a MAJOR expense.

Dave took my call and talked issues, solutions, land make up of my area, and answered a bunch of questions. I'm a seasoned diy'er and do most everything my house needs myself but I knew if this was catastrophic I was gonna be paying big. He came over the next morning while I was at work and while my father was here checked out the system. Called me and said my cesspool was in great shape, said it in fact was a clog and told me what it most likely was, said to go rent the machine to unclog it, gave me some tips on how to properly and safely do it and then said if I didn't want to do it myself he recommended a COMPETITOR because for this "minor" type of clog the other guy would've been a lot cheaper for me. I even called back the next day and he happily answered more questions.

I always have my guard way up when it comes to contractors for home stuff because there's so many lowlifes and shoddy business guys out there. Dave was so solid, upfront, honest, forth coming and willing to help and educate I was SO happy I called his number first
