They were both professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I am a detail person and I appreciated the detail both of these gentleman put into their work. And I especially appreciated them consulting with me about what their plan was and explaining what I would be seeing when their work was done, before they started ripping and tearing into our building! They were respectful, neat, and clean leaving the inside and out spotless when they left. I would have no hesitation asking these fellows to return and work at our home! Thank you E&V! Greg Modlin reached out and arranged for a consultation. He was professional and very attentive to our request. He agreed to return a week later so my wife and I could clarify what we were looking for. Greg took notes, asked intelligent questions and added his own opinion and advice. He agreed to be there on the day of the install and he arrived promptly. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the results. The crew of John, Adrian, Mark, and DJ did outstanding work. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was a good vibe from the beginning and they genuinely seemed to like working together. I was asked multiple times during the install if I was happy with what they had done so far. I think each one asked my opinion and listened to my response. At the end of the second day they were finished and were packing up tools when I spotted a minor issue with the placement of two ceiling diffusers. They quickly made the adjustments that I requested without any complaints. They cleaned up completely and took time to talk to me before they left.
