There were at my condo in 90 minutes. The tech who did the work was very fast and had work completed in about 15 minutes! Each of the employees who came to my condo were friendly, efficient, and very good at their job. However, it can be quite difficult to schedule an appointment since it's not unusual to wait days before anyone responds to the message you left. Basically any sort of communication with the office/schedulers was poor. The final time I choose this company it took 5 days to even hear back. When I finally did hear back, was told that they couldn't do the job I had described on their voicemail. If they couldn't do the job, it would have been helpful/professional to say so days before, so I could look for another plumber. I always paid my bill the day I received it, and was naturally polite to every worker.
