We can’t be more grateful for them taking the situation seriously and acting on it quickly. The guy was in and out. As soon as he got there tried to say it was a “foundation problem” without even having the time to actually look. Our wall in our basement was pouring water and is soaked on top of a sewage leak in our basement. He dismissed it all. We also told him about our toilet not flushing correctly for over a year. He told us we “probably need a new toilet and they’re only a couple hundred bucks.” Paid him $89 to give us no answers for any of our issues.
