We looked up the potential issues and found that the hot water heater could burst, so this was an emergency. I called my home warranty company but couldn't get a representative to talk to. I called Dunbar and left a message telling them that this was an emergency, and within 10 minutes Brian returned my call and told me to switch the hot water heater electrical breaker to off, which would keep the unit from overheating until the home warranty company could get out here to probably replace it. Brian took care of us with no profit or benefit to him or Dunbar, knowing we would go thru our warranty company to replace it, which was amazing!
