I called Drain Master’s the day after Christmas as they had good reviews and were local family owned. John and Dillon came out in about 4 hours to investigate. They were very knowledgeable, professional and nice guys all around. Thankfully I had an outside drain clean out and chose to hydrojet and camera my main line. They were here about 2 hours scoping and jetting my line as it was tree roots causing the problem. My house is 93 years old and it was great to watch their camera scoping to see that my overall drain was still in quite good condition! They let me hangout with them the whole time and learned they also do many other drain, plumbing and HVAC work as well. Prices were clear and quoted up front - $950 for hydrojet and camera with a 1-year warranty, plus a $150 fee for coming out after 5pm, and that was still half of what I was quoted by Eco Plumbers. The techs arrived a little earlier than our appointment window, first time that's ever happened to me before! They called to say they were on their way and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me at all.
