I reached out to Jorge after a few emails and he was very accommodating, able to change my request for an estimate last min, and then finding time to squeeze me in before a potential blizzard. All of this happened from the Friday of us meeting, and the replacement installed the following Wednesday). He and Rubin replaced my water heater and my main water shut off valve which I believe was original to my home. He was very communicative, nice and they the entire appointment ran smoothly.
